Front is a straight swap.

For the rear you need the 29's carrier/spacers and disc.

On the 23's rear brake carrier there is 2 casting dimples on the inside. These can catch on the 29's disc, making it a pain to fit the wheel so file them flush and bingo but it does drop the back end a little

I was going to say search or link you to a previous thread, but 'NC29', 'rear' and 'wheel' are "too common words". :?

My NC29 rear is a very tight fit, I've developed a 'knack' to get it in, so let me know if you're struggling.

The 23 front is better as it's lighter so you could just leave it unless you want matching spoke pattern F/R.
