Head bearings
I've just bought some head bearing for my 1989 nc30. The bike shop had to order them for me so I am assuming I have the right ones. It's just on the back I noticed that they have a list of kawasaki's that they fit. Not having the bearing numbers from the ones in the bike I didn't want to go back to the shop to change them unless I was sure they are wrong. Anyone know what they should be? Thanks, Gary.

Re: Head bearings
Don`t panic - NC30 headraces are a different size from almost all other Hondas but are the same as Kawasaki ZXR400L etc - the aftermarket bearing set part number will probably be SSK907 or 907R.

Thank's for that, I didn't fancy starting the job until everything was ready.

Re: Head bearings
I hope you didnt pay for Genuine Honda Bearings..... I would get my money back if you did seeing as you actully didnt get the Honda Parts but the generic aftermarket bearings instead.
I just replaced the Head Bearings on my NC30 and got Genuine Honda parts with no Kawasaki Numbers on them at all and the price was a bit silly to say the least...
