After replacing the carb rubbers on my 30, adding a .5mm shims to the needles & replacing the plugs, the bike has developed a misfire on idle.(popping) The carbs were balanced before replacement and are well seated. (much cursing)
Any ideas, it seems to be running fine otherwise.
PS I've got a small air leak from the can but this never caused a problem before.

could be the extra shim in the needle makeing the bike too rich down low, if it was fine before why did you change it?

The exhaust is a 1/2 Ethos system, jetted at 118f / 120r, A/F screws at 2.25 out
