50/50 of whatever, as long as it is safe for aluminum. I run Engine Ice http://www.engineice.cc/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; in my NC and Fireblade. When I go to the track, I use water wetter http://www.redlineoil.com/products_coolant.asp" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;, dilited per directions (although now there is a pre-mixed version that is supposed to be tons better.)

always use 50/50 mix as was said, tbh i would just use whatever anti-freeze you come across in your local motor factors or garage.
