I'm changing my fork seals this week, and I've never messed with forks before, so obviously I'm gonna change the oil. Any one know what weight oil I'll need and how much to put in. cheers

According to Haynes, they use 10w.
VFR K models use 450cc,
VFR L, M, N models use 390cc,
RVF models use 445cc.
