NC29 squeal!

My NC29 has developed an annoying squeal (which is louder that a squeak) from around the rear wheel. When I move the bike forwards it squeals once per revolution, regardless of whether I'm sitting on it or not. There is no noise when it moves backwards.

The chain isn't overtightened. Graeme France fitted a refurbed CBR600 shock, with all linkages stripped/cleaned & regreased.
He also: stripped & cleaned the sprocket carrier & fitted new bearings; fitted new wheel bearings all round; realigned the rear wheel.
That was around a year ago.

If it was something to do with the rear brake, wouldn't that happen in both directions?

Before I give him a call I'm wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar or has any helpful suggestions. Cheers.

I had this,it turned out to be the rear caliper piston sticking,it would squeal going forward but not going back..cleaned caliper/pistons/pads all good then..hth

You welcome bud, hope it manages to sort it,also another thing is warpage on the disc, but I guess it would do this going back as well as forward?
