Creak from rear suspension
My vfr has developed a creak from the rear suspension especially when hot, if you hold the shock as you push down on the suspension you can feel it through it, any ideas maybe links seizing or something before I start striping it has anyone else had something similar

Could be a number of things but there are three sets of bearings in the linkage.

Re: Creak from rear suspension
Could you disassemble the linkages and pivots? Check for any rubbing, scoring or any noticeable wear, and use a good quality grease for lubrication. I recommend EP (Extreme Pressure) grease as these are main load carriers, like Shell Alvania EP. It also gives you the opportunity to check where that creak comes from.
