NC24 fuel tubes

Post by Rc30lover » Tue Apr 14, 2020 11:52 am

Hi, I’m new to nc24s, having had nc30s and 35s before. I have a project bike (!) and the fuel lines to the carbs are missing. On each pair of carbs is a black plastic link tube called joint set, fuel on cmsnl parts list numbers 11 and 5 . The pairs are linked by a rubber tube; where does the outlet on the front (No. 5) tube labelled 34 go please?
Also, the metal caps on one front brake calliper pistons are missing. Can they be sourced or is it a case of new pistons?
Someone labelled them ‘money pits’ hmm...

hi,getting the parts for these is getting interesting...
The 'outlet' go's to the fuel tap directly.

The brakes are NLA - get new pistons - they are available but no longer with a cap

Thanks 416. I don’t see how, the fuel from the tap goes elsewhere into the carbs, the vacuum pipe is connected and the other one is too small.
Thanks for the brake advice too. It’ll have to be stainless replacements then, as they are cheaper than the plastic ones from cmsnl.
