I'd like to replace the lines from the front and rear reservoirs to the master cylinders. It seems that both Honda and Pattern parts are no longer available. Has anyone come across this before and solved it?
Thanks.

For front, I used some rubber fuel line (altough brake fluid is not simmelar to fuel). I had it with fitting diameter available.

This will work for all the CBR's, VFR's, and NSR's that have the remote reservoir on the front master cylinder. Order Honda part number 43512-MN5-000. It's a rear brake reservoir hose for a GL1500. After pulling off the rubber sleeve, you'll have enough hose to do three fronts. Use a razor blade to cut it to prevent fraying the woven fabric cover. It's the exact hose the bikes came with from the factory.
