Re: N/C 30 R/R Question
no pics - you mean regulator/rectifier right?
measure the voltage when bike running - should be around 14.5V if it's working correctly

Re: N/C 30 R/R Question
Not sure whats going on with pics!!!!when i right click and open in a new window they come up?
Done some checks today
When running
Voltage is 15.5 at idle rising to 17.8 as rev increase.
Alternator 55 45 55 @ 5500 rev
Off the bike
Alternator 0.6 0.6 0.6 at all joints
Reg/Rec readings off the bike are 455/456/455
diode readings OK
so points to the regulator?

Re: N/C 30 R/R Question
looking at the stator wires/plugs I think it may be better to bypass the loom wires and go direct to the Reg/rec. does anyone know if 14AWG wire will be ok (105C) or does it need to be 200C (yellow)
