Hi guys, I'm in need of a compatible fuel pump for my 87 NC23 please. I can get my hands on a cbr600 carb model pump but 1 mechanic said it might be too powerful. So before I spend my hard earned cash I need the following info pls:

Max psi
Max LPH

Or which other bike uses the same pump?

BTW, it's a 87 or 88 Hurricane J model as per the Haynes manual. Its been mentioned that the cbr600 has certain interchangeable parts but I can't find a definitive list of interchangeable parts though.

Any help would be appreciated as I use it to commute 120km each day for work.

You can get a correct pattern part nc23 fuel pump cheap on ebay.
Why bother trying one from another bike?
