Hi All,
I'm just about to start putting my NC29 back together after a nigh on full disassembly as part of it needing some major TLC and as a project to keep me busy. was just going to replace the pistons and rings straight out as I just kind of feel its good practice (This is my first proper project so its all a bit of a learning curve) friend of mine has said not to bother replacing and reuse? as much as i'm up for saving pennies if its worth doing i'd rather do it now. are they worth changing do you think? bike had a head gasket problem prior to me stripping it and i'm unsure on mileage but it was registered in '91. not sure if my pal is being cheap or realistic!!
any thoughts appreciated
cheers
putting it back together
