Hi all,
I could do with a little help with a project that I have just started.
I have an XL600RMG that I am doing a major custom job on. Front end has been swapped over to an 05 ZX10R and now I am looking to fab on a NC35 rear end. It should fit in with only some simple mods but, unfortunately I do not have access to a Nc35 to measure the pickup points for the rear end and I have spent a few weeks searching the internet to find these dimensions, but, to no avail. So if anyone can help stop my head hurting and pull out a steel rule help me fill in the blanks, it would be greatly appreciated.
These are the dimensions that I am looking for:
Height of Pivot point at ride height (I believe it is 400-420. Please correct me if I'm wrong)
Using the Pivot point as a datum, I need the following:
Shock absorber top eyelet
Dogbone link to frame hole
I only need fore and aft and height in relation to the pivot point. The lateral dimensions will become self explanatory once the arm is in place.
Thanks in advance

Re: NC35 Swingarm mount dimensions

Well, I've got this far but I could really do with the dimensions for where the dogbone link attaches to the frame.
I would like to put it in the same place as the RVF so the shock is working at the correct ratio and any changes I make will be comparable. Rake is 25 degrees and wheelbase is 10 shorter than the RVF. This isn't going to be a race bike, just a weekend ride.
If anyone could help me with that dimension, it would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers
