I tired starting without choke I had to try like 10 times before it start to warm up. If I pull my choke it will crank and I have close my choke then it will start. Once it's started the idle only at 0.5+. It took 5 mins or long to reach 1. Voltage reading isn't good as well. [emoji22]
Pardon me for my bad English.

I used to have an NC30, that started with full choke, no throttle.

My NC35 generally needs less choke (if I try to start with full choke it normally wont).
Maybe just use a little choke.

You could try adjusting your idle screw (near the choke) to increase the idle speed a little as well? I think from memory it should be around 1500rpm

Actual battery voltage measurement would be a place to start, after you have repaired all poor/damaged connections in the wiring (three yellow wires) between alternator and rect/reg.
