I've just reassembled my nc21 carbs they went back together surprisingly well, but upon putting the last carb back together I found that I had a spare washer that I believe belongs on the needle, all the needles have one washer already on them with 1 needle having 2, a larger one and a smaller one!
So I'm assuming that either that back two carbs or the front two carbs has two washers on the needle where as the other two only have one washer?
But it would be nice to know for certain!
Also since the butterfly flap adjustment tension springs where almost impossible to return to their former position I've had to back off the screws to install them, would anyone know the rough settings for these so when I fire her up I can allow her to warm up to fine tune them?
As all ways any help is gratefully received :)
Nc21 number of washers on needles?

Re: Nc21 number of washers on needles?
They all have one as stock.
Back the screws in until they make contact and you get tension on them.
Youll see one carb wont move as it has no scrwe on it, adjust the idle adjuster so the first of the 3 tiny holes from the pilot circuit is uncovered.
Turn the other 3 screws so the exposed holes all match.
That should allow it to fire up before vaccumn balancing.
