Occasional starting problem.

Im in the process of selling my NC30 but id like to clear up a little problem Ive got with it.
This doesn't happen very often. Probably 7-10 times in the 2 years ive owned it but id like to sort it out so I don't have to include it in my advert.
Sometimes very rarely Ive got to turn the bike over on the starter for ages to get it to spark. Most of the time it fires first time.
Its always when the bike is cold. It always fires in the end. And once its fired up you can switch it strate back off again and it will always start again strate away off the button. Even if it was only running for 3-5 seconds.
I know about the full choke no throttle starting. Its got a new choke cable.
weather doesn't seem to make a difference.
Its got recent spark plugs.
Anyone got any ideas
