Hi,
Have bought some rick Oliver needles from someone on here, have a half system and stick airbox on nc30, do the needles go in as is (no washers?) or do I transfer the single .5mm washer across? Or do I need to go get another .5mm washer?
Wanting to do this today! But would rather get it right first time and not have to pull the carbs on and off multiple times :-)

Re: Rick Oliver needles setup
A dyno operator told me if I can get the after market needle around the same height as the standard needle then the bike should road enough that I could get it to the dyno, after that he could fine tune it.
It's not having what you want but wanting what you've got....Loud ,Proud and Modified ....

Rick Oliver's needles are longer, so not sure how to calculate 'height'. Also not planing on using a dyno, freakishly expensive here...

Heres an old pic i found on my phone of a rick oliver needle on the left vs standard on the right.
I got them from him and he didn't mention needing a second washer.

So I use the stock single .5mm washer? And they are all the same, no difference between front and rear right? Thanks!!!
