Undercut gearbox

Hey everyone,
After my track bike was jumping out of 5th and 2nd gear I ended up stripping it and finding worn dogs and slots on the gears, I got another two motors hoping that I would find a good gearbox inside one of them but they were each as bad as the first. These bikes are getting old unfortunately and the gearboxes don't seem to handle the abuse very well.
So anyway I sent my gears to a company that hard welds the worn parts and machines the dog and slot faces on a 2 degree angle to keep the gears positively engaged. I am ready to re assemble now, it's a shame having remove engine and spit the cases to get to the gearbox. Cassette box would have been nice Mr Honda.

Just thought I would share for anyone with similar problems.
Cheers
