Why don't you just order the clutch plates for the NC24 from wemoto? they are cheaper than the NC30 set too. I am curious though to what exactly did you check to make you think they will fit, apart from looking at the pictures of the clutch plates in those links which is just a generic picture and not specific to the NC24 / NC30.
Best place to check is the actual microfiche.
Now from memory (so this could be wildly wrong and I'd double check anything I say) but having owned both bikes and doing several clutches here goes...
Firstly the outer clutch basket is the same on both bikes, so the plates should phsyically fit into the basket. The NC30 uses a sprag type slipping clutch with diaphram springs and the NC24 uses a conventional 4 spring clutch.. I am pretty sure that if you swap the complete clutch (inner / plates and maybe clutch case cover / push rod) you can retrofit the NC30 clutch into the NC24.
As for keeping things stock and just using the plates it might not be so simple, it's down to fibre plate thickness.
The NC30 uses 10 of these friction plates "22201-mr8-000" on all but the early K model NC30's which used 8 of one type two of another type, The early K model NC30 part numbers were
22201166000 x 2, which is now (22201GF6000) and
22201ML0781 x 8 which is now (22201MR8000)
The NC24 clutch uses 9 friction plates.
22201mj8000 x 1 which is now (22201KY1000) at the innermost part of the clutch. This plate is a special friction plate and is most often knackered. It should be replaced and will NOT come with any NC30/35 clutch set.
and
22201166000 x 8 which is now (22201GF6000)
You can see that the early NC30 K model uses two of the same exact clutch plates as the NC24 but the later types use 10 of the different part number clutch plates.
I think you can just fit 10 of the later parts to an earlier clutch too if you have to.
Since the basket is the same you can probably fit 8 of the NC30 plates to your NC24 clutch and they will phsyically fit, but being a different partnumber I guess that the compound of the material is different so you will either burn it out or it wont grip right, if there too thin or thick they wont fit.
Based on the above NC30 fiches and plate thickness I think if you bought an NC30 clutch kit you could fit 8 of the 10 plates and have 2 left over but then you'd be stuck without the correct innermost NC24 specific clutch plate. Plus if the material is different it might feel weird.
If you give those part numbers to any honda garage they should be able to order you them, they are used on many bikes not just NC24.
Id either get an aftermarket kit made for the NC24 or goto Honda, an NC30 kit wont have all the right parts.
