panel hardware

First post. I recently acquired a 1994 NC29. The left fairing has some broken tabs but, fortunately, the previous owner did not toss them in the bin. I can repair these with the help of my old mate JB Weld. My question concerns the hardware, ie pan screws and nut flanges. Are these the same as found on the 1994 CBR600? Cheers, Robert

Hi, this page below, if you have not seen it, may be useful. I would guess that they used the same fittings but the link below will offer a better idea.

For home fixing try plastex for any fairing work.

Thanks. Plastex is made here in the states, Reno, NV. Have a kit on the way. Will contact David Silver this morning for the hardware. Have used Plastique with our EOD lads, but never Plastex:)

Done in a proper way plastex is very good and can go a long way, depite being a tad expensive. I find the black plastex to be a tad softer, similar to a graphite finish. White plastex is the strongest.

Thanks. The parts schematic has been invaluable.
