What's the best option moving up from upgraded RO internals?
ZXR400 or NC35 swap? I can't find much information on ether, but i've had a quick go on an NC35 swapped biked, so i know about the steering lock issue. But as its for race/track use only I'm interested in peoples oppinions. (I wouldnt call it a test ride as it was only round the paddock)

Neither of those would be a upgrade worth doing over a good set of nc30 forks unless you just wanted usd's. An upgrade would be 675r forks

Do you get any noticeable advantage to USD forks?
(edit to add: probably not)

The late model nc30 forks are excellent when setup properly, particularly on the track (more of a compromise on the road when compared to newer stuff).
What's the problem with yours? Are the forks in good condition - a good clean, new oil & bushes, sag set up properly for your weight? Have you tried adjusting them to suit track conditions?

The Daytona 675R forks won't fit the NC35 triples. The olins bottoms are 54mm. The NC35 has 52mm. Regular 675 forks are 52mm though. I measured them. Maybe your talking about the Sreet Triple 675R which I assume would fit.

Street triple forks aren't very adjustable, stick with daytona 675 (or street triple R).

Street triple also don't have radial caliper mounts whereas the 675r do, I think the or street triple r also has radial caliper mounts but I'm not 100% sure
