chain guide

Post by bourne92 » Sat Aug 31, 2013 2:30 pm

Has anyone removed the plastic chain guide that the middle of your chain runs over. Its on the swingarm and appears to guide the chain onto the front sprocket. Only it makes a horrible noise I think so was wondering if its safe to remove it?

It should make more noise if you remove it! Is your chain adjusted properly? Or do you have some kind of mega jack-up kit installed?
