NC23 weak spark - will not fire

Now my NC23 is complete and working we have moved onto another project and it fired up perfectly after sorting out the fuel pump relay.
Let it go through a full heat cycle then switched her off for a few days.
Came back to the bike a few days later and the bike will not fire at all.
Checked fuel pump/relay, carbs, HT Leads, coils, earths, which were all fine and a different CDI and kill switch with no success.
The plugs are brand new too and are only giving a very weak spark which arcs to the side of the plug, which i have dried multiple times after the bikes flooded from failed attempts.
Upon buying the bike it was sold as a non runner as it would run for a while and then cut out, which i assumed was the faulty relay that we fixed but obviously not!
Fuel is definitely getting into the engine and there is plenty of compression and air...
The battery is brand new and fully charged overnight, also tried jumping from a car battery.
Could it be something to do with the pulse generator??
Going back to work on the bike on Wednesday, any advice would be much appreciated!
Cheers
