Hi been a while but does anyone know what the standard front spring weights are?

Im looking at stiffening up the front end of my vfr 400 road bike, its a pritty standard bike at the moment with some cbr600 calipers but il be raising the rear with a modified linkage to try and get the bike turning quicker and need to sort the front out as its diving far to far/fast much under braking etc for my liking.

Iv raced these 400's for a few years and know what I want they can feel like and mines a long way off that so just after a fast road setup, so what springs do people run and what fluid weight?

Cheers guys

Rick supplies 0.90 kg/mm linear springs (Racetech brand I think) suitable for racing which will suit the majority of racers. Rick can also supply the oil and other goodies in a front spring kit.

If you weigh less than 75 kg (kitted up) you might want to contact him about other spring rates he supplies (0.85 kg/mm would be more suitable for that weight).

Rick's stock list in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=22&t=26174

Stock list doesn't list springs on their own but he will sell them to you, just ask.

Hope that helps.
