I use standard and also Iridium NGK's in my NC35s that all works fine. I also have R847s but not used and still new boxed in my cabinet.

Lets be fair dont over analize it just change your plugs to honda recomendations nobody will feel or tell the difference best advice less pies = faster.

Just been looking for alternative spark plug options And found this old post from a google search. . . Just thought I’d pipe up in case anybody might wonder/worry about compatibility. . . The ‘C’ means ‘cut back ground electrode’. Mostly marketing w*nk from what I can tell, something about the shorter electrode better exposing the flame front to the rest of the combustion gasses blah bla . . . Ultimately the same plug . . .
