BMW s1000rr or CBR 600RR fitting guide??

Hi, I'm building a race bike for this season and am putting the 17" wheel on my 89 nc30
However I also want to fit an upgraded suspension to accommodate the loss of ride height
And heard the s1000rr and CBR 600rr shocks can be fitted??
Has anyone any info or instructions on how or even if these can be put on
