Swinging arm spacer?? Help nc30

Just started to build my project bike up, all parts back from de-rust, zinc and powder coat but seem to be missing part no7 here http://www.akhara.com/nc30/nc30parts/files/40.htm can anyone help with a photo or to replace it?

I have been looking for one of these for weeks,
I put an add in the wanted but had no luck,
Give it a try you may have more luck than me.

Why not just buy one then? You can still get them from Honda!
