streetfighter.
Renthal don't do an official kit for the NC23. but do have them for various other CBR6s.
would i get away with drilling the top yoke & fitting a CBR6 kit?.
would probably buy a 2nd top yoke to do this on.

Don't see why not. BUT.... You'd need to make sure the bars don't foul the fairing on full lock and you'll also need longer cables and modify the switchgear looms.

Fairing? Hunny it's a streetfighter that won't have ANY fairings!
Good point on cables though, looms won't be an issue for me :0)
Did see a nice curved forward handle bar in a cafe racer new Troston/triumph/bonny!

the previous owner of my nc23 street fightered it (then crashed it), it has renthal fat bars and a renthal riser kit on it which has been drilled through the top yoke, he told me it was for the bike but now you mention it i cant find it online so he mustve been wrong, do you require some measurements?

saw a cafe racer last sunday with sexy Clubman bars.. so going for that combo instead.
Little one.. might be interested mate. i dont know right now what diamiter the clubmans come in, from what i am reading the central bar that has the raisers clamped are 1" dia, but the clip on parts are 7/8"
I am still researching at the moment, i need to find out what the standard CBR4 NC23 clip ons dia are as need to keep the switch gear, what the clubmans will be before i can buy raisers.
The build is still a ways off the styling part of the build & looks like i'll be buying parts from the USA.

Drilling the top yoke is no good as there is not enough thickness. If you look/turn the yoke over, it's all "webbed". I need a solid yoke to do this with........ Anyone know of any for sale?

Most of the streetfighter guys just fabricate a backing plate for the bottom of the yoke and bolt through it...solid yokes are pretty expensive I think. HTH

Why not do a factory job?
I can't say for 200% sure, but I'd be happy to say that a 400 super four, revere, NTV, CB750f2 etc. top yoke will go right on and look really nice in a "proper" well-finished manner. I am confident enough that if I were doing this, I'd buy one on eBay with only the risk of having to post it on again if it didn't fit. On some or if not all of these you'll also be able to get a clock mounting point on the top yoke in case you plan to relocate clocks now or later.
I know CB-1, CB400SF, revere and several other 41mm honda yoke sets are interchangeable, AFAIK they are all basically the same offset, centre distance, etc. as the wheels are also all interchangeable eg CB-1 to cn23/29/30/31/35.
