I dont as i have a carbon fender and have to struggle with using nyloc nuts everytime i want to take the bugger off.

The 4 holes to which the fender attachws to to the nylon fork brackets on the oem fender has 4 m6 threaded bita that are riveted in place.

Ah, I know what you mean. They are just generic. You can get them, I had some not so long ago. I'll dig out the invoice and let you know where I got them from.

You mean the inserts?

like this right.

Is there any space to fix them on your carbon fender?

There not them, there like a tear drop shape with m6 hole/thread and a 3mmish hole for a pop rivet

Ah I see, I thought the mudguard used stock inserts straight into the plastic like the ones I pasted, not riveted on, never paid that much attention to them.

Don't you have your old mudguard? You could always drill the rivets out and remount them.

I used helicoil threads in a fibreglass guard I had, worked a treat.
