How much difference does the fork upgrade make to late type nc30 forks and what does it improve?

Makes a big diffrence and well worth the money, The biggest diffrence will be the damping which is likely to be allmost non existant after 20 odd years. Will feel alot better braking for corners and much more planted to the road.
I had a ride on my friends NC23 which is a bit of a hound running original suspension with no upgrades to see if spending 400 odd on shock and fork upgrades was worth it, and the diffrence was massive! It scared me to think i was riding a bike with suspension that was allmost as clapped out as this CBR.
So the long and short of it is, its well worth spending a few quid getting a bikes suspension sorted because the diffrence is huge.

Not too familiar with spring rates, probably worth checking the thread about fitting it to see what people go for.
