Which is the input trigger wire?

Post by Baz » Sat Sep 08, 2012 4:02 pm

Hi, I am trying ti fit an alarm (Cyclone V2) to my NC30 and am stuck on the final connection.
the instruction says:
"Connect the blue wire to the input trigger wire at the start relay."
It also says it should be a small red wire.
I have found the start relay and exposed the wires but the only red wire is fairly thick. There is also a red/white, red/yellow & red/green.
The red/white is also thick and the red/yellow & red/green are both thin.
Anybody any ideas?
I think it will be the thicker red wire but not 100% :-?

It's the same as the Hornet so it's the red/yellow wire. That's the one from the starter switch (the trigger) :peace:
Conventional wisdom says to know your limits. To know your limits you need to find them first. Finding your limits generally involves getting in over your head and hoping you live long enough to benefit from the experience. That's the fun part.
