You shouldn't have to use any sealant on an o-ring connection like the thermostat housing. Are you sure you didn't nick the o-ring when you put the housing in place?

Ive stripped it apart 3-4 times ive been workin on this stupid shitin leak since 9 this mornin , the o ring
When i rolled it in my fingers had no leaks etc

This bike is going up for sale tonight maybe running perfectly or as spares i want my gsxr now lol

They may be simple but it shouldnt leak its new parts o rings alsorts etc

And its also cost me £25 in coolant cause i kept havin to drain it and try reuse it etc

You been using it concentrated? You should only need 35-40% against water :peace:
