Fork Bush Fitting tool?

I know Haynes says use a suitable piece of tubing to fit the bush into place, or the Honda service tool, however I can't locate a suitable piece of tubing, strangely enough a tad over 41mm ID doesn't seem to be a regular size in the tube world!
Anyone know where to get a suitable tool, or some other clever idea of how to refit them?
Cheers

I thought Rick Oliver did one? Or perhaps that's just a seal seating tool?

You can borrow mine
The seal sits on a large flat washer, the bush goes beneath them.
Both can be driven in together but best to fit bush first.
Dave.

To the rescue again Dave, I must owe you a pint by now!

May be best to bring the forks over, won't take long to fit damper and legs/bushes/seals.
