nc35 fueling issues

Howdy guys,

Been a while since I've posted but I've got a really niggly issue now that I just can't seem to get rid of. I've been fiddling with the jets for a little bit (it was running WAY too rich after I put the pipes on) now, but can't seem to get them right. At the moment, it's better then it has been, but it's 'surging' (best way to describe it) from 4k revs up.

It'll run fine as I take off, but once I'm over 4k revs in any gear, for a second i will feel the bike jump forward and then the next second it will back off. All this is when I'm holding the throttle steady by the way.

The pilots are currently at a full (360 degree) turn out. I'm still running the stock 108 jets at the moment, but it shouldn't be restricting that much should it?

Anyone got any ideas?

Have you messed with the float heights? What did you set them to?

Standard setting is 1-5/8 turns out so it's a bit rich with it only turned out 1 turn.

What system is on it?

I haven't touched my float heights, but they may have been bumped when I was taking the carbs etc. apart...

Running a full tyga with maggot exhaust. I'll wind them out a bit more tomorrow and see if that solves the problem
