light switch assembly,is it a simple device
is it going to be like pandoras box in there lol
having to fiddle with the switch to get the lights on so must have a lpose connection

NC30?
If you've not done the high beam relay mod then it could of melted inside and you'll need a new unit.

If you put normal H4 headlamps into the bike (60/55w) they will melt a Japanese bikes switch gear

yeah its a jap nc30, im sure they are h4 bulbs thst are in and 60/55 rings a bell i only replaced what was alreay in so have no idea if its had the relay mod done
since i bought it iv never been off high beam as low was useless and both jap and uk bike are 60w high

I have standard 35/60w H4R bulbs and the low-beam is fine?

i had that problem.
its a simple fix, but it relapses sometimes.
you could install an external on-off switch for convenience sake!
