Ah sorry i posted a link to the NC30 setup. The part your looking at looks to be the complete rod assembly, if its not listed as a part on there then i very much doubt its available seperate, unless you can find someone with some damaged forks to strip parts from.

I think you mean the re-bound adjuster mechanism. It's a wire sprung-circlip that hold the ball bearing in a little slot/hole?
If this is the right part and you only need the sprung-circlip, you can probably get one the right size from a motor-facotrs or hardware store. if the the ballbearing that is not working in the slot (i.e. not the correct movement or no movement) you will need to get a new damper rod assembly.
Can you take a pic or give a little more info on what the issue is?
Cheers

The damper adjuster ball is held in the detent by a continuous spiral spring of very thin gauge steel.

They sometimes break or stretch when stripping the damper rod.
If this is the case, then form a U on each end of the spring and clip them together away from the ball seat area.

If the spring is of no use, the forks are still useable, but the click adjustment will be lot, instead the damping adjustment will be continously variable.
Set the good one to the required number of clicks, noting the number of turns.
Now set the faulty one to the same number of turns.

It may be possible to make a new spring using something like those in oil seal lips .
Cut it to length and join it as above.

skinnydog and arsey you guys are dead on to what i need, i know my description was vague at best! lol

the mechanism and ball bearing is fine it is just the continuous spiral spring that is all out of shape and needs a replacement.

If it is out of shape, then cut out that part, stretch it and join it up again, I have done that in the past.
