nc30 clutch

Post by Scarth » Mon May 30, 2011 7:54 pm

The clutch on my nc30 has just had a new cable on and it seems to be right at the end of the travel on the lever which feels pretty rubbish, i would like it closer to the bars

its right at the end of the thread on the bottom adjuster on the engine end

and slightly screwed out on the lever end

new clutch needed maybe? or does it sound like i got it adjusted wrong, can it maybe adjusted more?

Sounds like plates are worn.
You can DIY the plates with a few basic tools and a specific Honda socket
