NSR250 Rear Wheel on a NC23

Hello All,

Just fitted an NSR250 rear wheel to my nc23, straight swap but one problem I have is that when I torque up the rear axle to the suggested torque (90nm) it virtually locks up the rear wheel.

You have to back it off to about 40nm before the wheel spins freely. Bearings are fine and all the spacers etc are the same so not sure what is causing it.

Any ideas?
