I have seen the item below on eBay:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Honda-RVF-400-Nc3 ... 500wt_1156

I was hoping it wouldn't go for too much knowing it's got to be rebuilt and serviced. How good are these shocks? Im looking at doing some track days and fingers crossed some hill climbs at Scarborough Bike Week this year so need the suspension sorted.

Thanks

I was hoping it would stay nice and low at £40

The last shock which launched the oil out cost £118 to rebuild? Do you recon roughly the same for this? I have been looking at Nitrons

Shock service is roughly £90 + parts and Vat. Ive brought in the past what seemed at first a bargin only to find myself with a £200 repair bill.
