1997 Super four

Can a 1997 (NC36) fuel injected model be restricted to 33bhp? if so how do i go about doing it? Thanks :)

Hi mate,
The 1997 CB400 NC36 has no fuel injection but has carburettors. It can be restricted using special flow restrictors (circular plates with oval hole in it) mounted between cabs and engine inlet.
