Is there a reason why you want to change the forks?
Are yours fecked?
If it's just an upgrade you are after, i reckcon teh Rick Oliver fork kit would be a far simpler and cheaper option

Well Im finking of putting it on the track, but still using on the road too.
Its mainly just for any upgrade and i would like the usd forks that are fully adjustable.

What riding/track experience do you have?
If you have the time and the money to do the upgrade then thats great, but i think you would be better spending your cash on the Rick O upgrade, some sticky rubber, and a few trackdays. You will find it hard to outride the forks on an NC30 (once they have been sorted) also look at getting a rear shock sorted Upgrade/refresh

Another question where do i get this. Where do you get what?

Is the bike going to be used mainly on the road or track?
Drunken Munkey has done the cbr600rr fork mod so would be able to let you in on any pitfalls and the benefits of it.
Getting stuck in with the spanners is a sure way to find out how the bike works and will teach you loads about it.

Not done the conversion yet mate but its pretty straight forward. your need the whole front end and 05,06 yokes suit the NC offset better than the 07 onwards yokes. I can dig out the details ive been sent for you if you want.

Re: Fitting CBR600RR Forks to my NC30
i also would recomend the Rick O fork upgrade as this is the route i will be taking with my nc35, even though on previous bikes i done the conversion
if you really want the usd fork conversion you are going to have to press out your stem from the nc30 (get a hydraulic press to push downwards) and press this into the bottom yoke of the cbr600rr if the stem is loose get it welded in as it shouldn't really move. then you can use your stem and head bearings on your frame with the cbr600rr triple trees. also if you dont have the cbr600rr wheel and spacers you will have to use the cbr600rr wheel axle and try and correctly space your wheel on. the other things that also may need to be modified is bolts or sturdy metal welded into the bottom yoke for steering stops ( if the ones on the cbr yokes aren't the same as your bike) and you may need a spacer for the top yoke to fit tightly as your stem may be thinner in width to the cbr600rr stem.
i hope that is clear as that is the usual route to do fork conversions, but for the trouble and the little gains you get the rick oliver kit will be easier money wise and mechanical wise. and most wouldnt notice the difference to a well suited kit if it is spec'd to your weight.
