Here's my latest improvement. Don't mind my rambling,I was distracted, not making much sense.

Pic from the Sunflower meeting at Bishopscourt. Brilliant event. I even won 25 quid....

Nice vid - I like perving on others' race bikes 8-)

Do you run no airtray under the carbs? Curious. How does it go on the track compared with the old engine sitting on the bench?

Looks like a slick bike with it's clothes on too :peace:

:plus: theres something about NC's with no fairings that just looks so good

New engine sounds like a flyer, similar spec to mine, where did you source it from? or did you have the work done? do you have a programable cdi?

If its anythiing like the bike i got off ABR its makes a standard motor seem very lame, needs reving but from 7k onwards its like a kick in the balls and tails off at a true 14.5k

Picked it it from a member here.
The slotted cams are very tasty. Class workmanship.
I'm told they are RLR heads, skimmed, ported with 10mm plugs.
Would be nice if it had the NC30 gearing mod.
Brought it home to Ireland on a bus from London.
I'm just in the process of making an RC30 style "ramair" airbox.
Or to be more specific, an airbox that ensures positive pressure,as I reckon ram air is a bit of a myth in a 400.
Haven't been on track yet.
Prog. cdi is on its way to me, couldn't justify the price of an HRC item,so went for the Ignitech with the quick shift and shift light.
Dyno in january.

Cheers.
Can't see the pic,but I have a CF replica undertray that I was using this season.
I used it as a model for the full airbox that's on my bench.
I think I might have been admiring your bike up at Kirki over the summer.
