RS250 rear wheel fitment

Apart from the wheel running the opposite direction is the fitment for rs250 rear wheels the same as the NC?

No, they won't fit straight up.

The nc30 disc bolt heads will foul the wheel, there's no cutouts in the back of the rs wheels for the bolt heads like the nc wheels have.

It can be made to fit, you would need to fit countersunk bolts to the nc disc (easier than modifying the wheel!).

Cheers cammo, I already have to use countersunk bolts on the pvm's I have so no drama's there.
