I am sure this has been asked before:

Should i buy a cheap or expensive battery? There are some on ebay for 25ish?

I don't get out on the bike as much as i want to and the battery does not like it so i end up having to replace it once a year. Would a better more expensive battery will it hold charge for longer? Sometimes i go 2 -3 weeks with out riding, i have no power in the garage so i can t charge it.

While i am on here, How much would a NC30 G REG ,36k standard except indicators,END CAN, Good condition and orginail farings be worth?

Why not try a solar charger - I'm sure I read a post here somewhere that mentioned them.
