I changed the clutch on the cbr 400 Nc29 2day and i put every thing back together, filled it up with with oil went to start it and it would not start.Battery is fine but when i press the start button nothing happens it does'nt even turn over any info

If its anything like the nc30 then there might be a neutral switch wire you have disturbed. Quickest way to check if its related to that is to pull the clutch in and try the starter.
