Thx! But would you reckon any weight differences in between billet ally over the standard one?
Any possibility to get them made out of titanium...?

I doubt theres much weight saving but im just going for looks. The problem with TI is buying it. im sure the guy im using would do it if there's enough parts ordered (these could be anything you want by the way) to cover the cost of buying the TI as i doubt he'd have that stuff lying around.
Could maybe get the axle nut done in stainless aswell.

You caught my attention, mate! Rear wheel spacer and rear wheel nut in billet alloy/stainless sounds good.
It is in titanium what I am after, but it is difficult/costly though. I agree with that. But if there is interest in titanium versions and the prices are reasonable and right, I am in for a set.

Ti would be nice!
I have a couple of alloy spacers and both are heavier than standard, but they do look nicer IMO.

Make sure you specify the grade of Ti if someone makes these from round bar stock. Like Ali, Ti is an alloy so you need the correct grade for the application.
In this case I'd suggest something like 6AL-4V. However, if you can't buy flanged Ti nuts off the shelf I'd be very surprised. The off the shelf items might need shortening or slotting but this would be far cheaper than starting from scratch. You can even get nylock flanged Ti nuts if you wanted to dispence with a split pin.
If you do use Ti use anti seize too. Ti galls as badly if not worse than stainless.
When I lived in Lancaster I used a company called Cumbria Fasterners and while they didn't stock much Ti they could get me every shape and size of fastener I ever asked for.
Google for 'fasterners suppliers' in your area and you may well find there's a specialist supplier hidden down some back street on the local industrial estate.
For all the effort though, you're not saving much weight changing like sized item for like sized item. Ti is around 40% lighter than steel but another benefit it that it's stronger so you can use less, like a thinner nut. For something like a screen brace Ti is ideal as you can use thinner material than the steel or ali equivalent so you might get something like a 50 to 60% weight saving over stock.
If you ask for hex head machine bolts, for something like the engine, ask for race spec. They are flanged so the hex head is smaller (across flats) and centre drilled to reduce more material/weight. Smaller items will be taper headed cap screws. Get Ti washers too and put anti seize on the side that faces the component you're bolting.
Torque settings for Ti are different to tensile steel so if you're working to a setting you'll need an equivalence chart. You should be able to download one if needed or I've got one somewhere if anyone gets stuck.
Hope that helps.
