NC35 moves left to right...

Now I know it sounds vague when explaining this but its hard to do it over text... Ill give it me best but any questions on more info I'll give ya if I can

Me RVF when driving on a straight at lets say 30mph would slightly move left to right
This is easily confirmed when you take your hands off the bars. It doesnt go one way, just left to right slightly constantly

Nearly impossible to notice at 60 mph+ except above 70mph under braking you would feel slight juddering
It has new discs BTW

Both wheels are Dymag but they are not balanced. No tyre weights on them at all and hardly by coincidence it was perfectly balanced when the tyre went on.

So my options I would imagine are:
Tyre balancing
Wheel damaged
Bearings (they dont rock side to side though)
Spindle damaged?

I would imagine the frame wouldnt be the case as I would have thought that would make it go one way, not this pendulum effect i get

Check the alignment of the front end. I would usually contribute the movement from left to right the crown in the road, but if you are in the UK, this is backwards.

You’ve probably done most of these things already but my tuppence worth is:
Get the front off the ground for a better look.
Give the front wheel a spin, see if it looks out of skew somehow. Make sure everything is torqued correctly (pinch bolts, spindle, triple clamps etc). Check for play in the steering head. If there's nothing obvious I'd take it to a different garage and have the wheel balancing re-checked. If this is happening since you made a change (new tyre, discs) and it wasn't doing it before, go back over everything you did.
Check the rear end for play too. If that's wandering around it'll have an affect on the front.

Couple of ideas:

Bent Frame,
Worn Tyres
Binding Brake
Worn Fork / Low Fork Oil.

Check the wheel alignment (signs of a bent frame) by placing two straight steel girders each side of the front wheel, you should be able to see if the back wheel is in line.

Other things are self explanatary.

It should be neutral if you let go of the handlebars though.

Ill just get balancing out of the way 2moro if local guy will do it. I'm an engineer so doing anything is handy enough for me but I just cant figure out for sure what this without doing anything drastic as this bike is also my main mode of transport! If local mechainic has no opinion I'll just have to use one of my nsr's as the daily bike and strip the rvf. It could do with it anyways!

Also anyone have any opinions on the tyga painted fairings? They seem good, anyone off here try them?

I don't think the weave will be anything bent (other than wheels).
The bike has a slow weave and a bent frame would give a constant pull, left ot right. The weave mens it must be balance or alignment.

That's what I was thinking alright... We'll see anyways and I'll work from there!
