we'll need more info dude..

does it turn over on the button?

Is it all 4 plugs not sparking?

Have you checked the coils and ensured the CDI is plugged in?

Does it have a kill switch? Is it set to run.... ;)

Right, let me try and understand this a bit better.

You have change the pickup coils to one off a known running bike yes?

Did you do this becuase you had no spark on this bike and were chopping / changing bits or for another reason?

Have you done any electrical checks yet?

* Check killswitch is turned off and not shorting out (it'll crank with it on)
* Measure resistance of ignition coils
* Measure resistance of pickup coils
* Check voltage at battery
* Check voltage at coils

Go from there.

Theres a couple of earths on the bike, one is attached to the front coil bracket.

When did it start playing up, and why did you change the pickup coils.

Sounds like you might have a fried ignition box (Oki unit under passanger seat)

it worked fine then, did a track day, went to start it a couple of days later and nothing,,my mate checked and changed the loom thinking it was that and all the other electrical parts, did the cdi aswell,except the pick ups, so thought it had to be them,, so have recently changed them but still nothing now still just turning over!!!!
