How on earth does the front wheel of an rvf 400 come off?
Took off the 4 clamp bolts and the 22mm bolt on the right hand side.
Tride pulling on the spindle, turning it, tapping it out. But nothing...
WTF like, do I just need more force or what
Embarrassed to ask but...

Remove the bolts had retain both calipers and prise them off the discs. Support them so's not to stress the lines.
Slacken the pinch bolts at the base of each fork leg. Undo the large bolt on one end of the spindle. At the other end of of the spindle pull firmly by inserting a screwdriver through the holes. You may need to wiggle the wheel and provide some support to the wheel as you withdraw the spindle.
Remove the wheel and you're done.

Ah it was pretty fucking stuck... put the 22 mm bolt back in slightly and rapped that with the mallet a few times till it unseized it!

Scary! I hope you didn't muck up the threads on that bolt.
