hrc tap mod

hi all im having some trouble with fuel flow at high revs and im thinking about the hrc tap mod.
but will i be able to use the tap in the same way eg turning it off or to reserve and still having the same effect

Yes exactly the same, for off and reserve, just remember to turn the tap to off when you stop running, saves on any problems with the carbs

Sorry forget to mention; dont forget to blank off the vacume draw point on the intake port on your head. (the point were the vacume tube attaches to the head)

Every HRC modded tap ive had has dripped fuel even in the off position. If its a road bike with a standard engine id look elsewhere for the problem. Although the risk is small engines have gone bang in the past due to excessive fuel in the engine from sitting too long

I'm not sure of any "HRC mod" but I had fuel starvation problems due to the tap, and we fucked around and fucked around for days, and in the end the only way around it was to get rid of all that vacuum stuff and put up with the dripping.

I just put an inline tap in the hose so that I can turn the drip off.

i dont think the NC24 tap leaks with the diaphragm bypassed

Simple solution is to fit a dry break connector on the fuel line, i can access mine though the gap in the seat panel
